Qasim Rashid to Debate Republican Opponent on Criminal Justice

STAFFORD, VA – Qasim Rashid, Democratic candidate for Virginia’s First Congressional District will debate his Republican opponent, Rob Wittman, on Thursday, August 20 at the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy in Fredericksburg. The candidates will be answering questions relating to criminal justice policy and reform.
