“For many people, especially in rural areas, the Postal Service is their only way to do business,” writes Qasim Rashid in a recent Medium post.

“So, if you’re a small business and Amazon or FedEx or UPS doesn’t ship to you, a lot of times those private companies will hire USPS to complete that shipment. If we dismantle the USPS, folks in the rural parts of Virginia’s First Congressional District will likely be impacted by postal delays.”
